Project: ASISTENT CLIENT SERVICE
Industry: MARKETING SI PUBLICITATE/DIVERTISMENT
Reports to: DIRECTOR VANZARI
Main purpose of the job: Contribuie la realizarea tintelor de vanzari ale firmei prin suport activ accordat clientilor si potentialilor clienti.
RESPONSABILITATI:
1. Raspunde cererilor de oferta (primite prin email sau telefon) prin pregatirea unei oferte detaliate pe baza informatilor furnizate de departamentul productie.
2. Pregateste comenzile interne, respectiv comenzile ferme de productie in corelatie cu accordurile obtinute de la clienti.
3. Pregateste contracte clienti si asigura semnarea acestora in vederea demararii executiei.
4. Urmareste si se asigura de respectarea termenelor limita (productie si service) agreate cu clientul.
5. Pregateste procesele verbale de predare/primire a materialului finit, respectiv a instructiunilor de utilizare si a certificatelor de garantie.
6. Urmareste efectuarea platilor.
7. Obtine feed-back de la clienti privind satisfactia privind produsul si serviciul primit si se asigura de distribuirea acestui feed-back in interiorul firmei.
