Career Planner Services is a business unit of Zephyr Group that guides professionals (private individuals, not companies) with career-related issues. The Career Planner Services are offered by Adriana, a leading professional that will assist and offer extensive multidisciplinary experience and exceptional marketplace knowledge.
Career Planner Services appointments are available Monday to Saturday from 11:00am to 9:00pm (last appointment at 8pm). Send an appointment request to adriana@zephyrgroup.ro and we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Adriana sits with each person in face-to-face assessment sessions and together with her, you will design a clear course of action for future (short/long term) development. The whole process is based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the current situation (an in-depth interview with you) and on the use of validated toolboxes - Adriana is certified Thomas International and uses their business assessment tools that help organisations recruit, retain and develop their people particularly in tough times.
Herebelow you can check a sample of questions/topics Adriana has helped her customers (persons working in the fields like financial services, FMCG or media) to successfully address during the face-to-face sessions:
- What steps can I take to keep my career on track? Adriana can help you with a session that will provide you with the most important career success strategies.
- Is the “grass really greener” on the other side? Adriana helps with you with detailed elements of career change strategies.
- How do I look on paper? Adriana helps you with resume analysis.
- How do I look/should look in an interview? Adriana can help you with a detailed "presenting yourself skills" critique.
- How do I get from here to where I want to be? Adriana helps you with an action plan development.
The benefit for you is that you will internalize the assessment and the next steps designed together with Adriana and you will be able to work on exploiting your strengths in the workplace and of course, keep your weaknesses at a low level - Adriana's philosophy is that one should work hard to emphasize her strengths and develop them, rather than be obsessed to fix her weaknesses; on a short and long run, for an individual, dealing with strengths is by far more rewarding/profitable.
You have available two individual, stand alone services (customers can choose to buy one or both services).
Assessment and Career Planning Strategies.
Consists in two sessions face-to-face sessions with Adriana:
- session one (1 hour) is dedicated to career concerns evaluation and instruction on completing the assessment instrument, establishing your preferred method of delivery and scheduling an hour-long session for interpretation and follow up. You will complete the assessment instrument at home and will email the answers to adriana@zephyrgroup.ro. Results will be sent to you shortly before session two. Zephyr Group’s Career Planner Services currently offers the Personal Profile Analysis assessment. It provides an insight into how you behave at work, answering questions such as – what are your strengths and limitations? are you a self starter? how do you communicate? what motivates you? The Personal Profile Analysis enables you to become more aware of your work style. By improving your self awareness you have the means to consolidate your working strengths and compensate for your behavioural limitations.
- session two (1 hour) is dedicated to interpretation of results. At that session, Adriana will review the results and answer your questions. Your session closes with Adriana helping you formulate the next steps in the career-planning process.
Resume Evaluation/Development and Interview Preparation Toolbox.
Consists in a preparation phase - your resume is sent via email to the Adriana for review, followed by an one hour face-to-face session on how to present yourself on paper and in person at a job interview.
